Sometimes when we are meeting a lot of new people or feeling "adventurous" in inviting people into our group/network/circle, it's important to understand their character and dynamics within a group. It's not to say we should shun people away, but it's important to understand the people you keep close and you want them to be the best for you, don't you?
- By the things they laugh at
- What they are like under pressure
- Who their friends are
- What questions they ask
- Their on-paper social media pages
This may only be skin deep, but if what you see on the outside doesn't scream "WTH..." then are you sure you want to find out what's on the inside?
