Factory Reset: LG Thrill

I had to reset my phone the other day.  I thought that just copying and pasting all the files would be easy to recover and paste into my phone which I reset due to recent glitches, freezing, slow speed, and lack of picture/text messages being sent (causing an immense amount of drama for me).

So, I reset it.  I lost everything.  The only phone numbers are seriously the ones I saved way back in undergraduate school....

If I don't know who is calling/texting, you'll know why.  :(
