It even teaches you how to make mayo! I tried this sauce in Washington DC, where Spike (from Top Chef) opened up a burger joint. Probably the best burger I've ever had in my life (I ordered the Michelle [Obama] Melt with Free Range Turkey, village fries, and a pumpkin shake).
I'll try this with the sushi I'm going to make tonight. :)
