Special Sushi

Okay, this is a food blog.  Not gonna lie, it's been a really long time since I had sushi.  In the past, I didn't think Red Ginger sushi was that good- soggy rice, mis-matched flavors... it was poorly made.  However, I was proven wrong this time- the sushi was pretty good.  Take a look!

 We were wondering what juice was under the sashimi, but it was pink ice!

Eunice and I did lunch together and we were able to meet up with Lisa (doing business with a client) at the restaurant.  What a coincidence!  We ordered the Executive Roll, Volcano Roll, and the Playboy along with a few pieces of sashimi.  Doesn't it look purdy?  :)
